Mark became an attorney after a fifteen-year career in the pharmaceutical distribution industry and served as a Corporate Vice President, Hospital Sales for two national pharmaceutical distribution companies. Mark has been a licensed California Real Estate Agent since 1979, and a Real Estate Broker since 2004. Mark’s practice includes civil litigation, real estate matters, business entity formation, transactional real estate, landlord tenant disputes, and more.
Scott has been practicing law in California for more than thirty years. Scott has a wide range of experience in many areas of law and litigation and is very active in the Benicia community. Scott is a member of Robert G. McGrath American Inn of Court and the Benicia Rotary Club. Scott has been a Small Claims advisor for many years and assisted in the development of procedural aspects of the Small Claims Court. Scott is also a licensed Real Estate Broker.

Affectionately called “Hurricane Helen,” Helen has been practicing law for more than thirty-two years. Helen has practiced Family Law for her entire career. Helen also has served as a mediator for a variety of legal matters including real estate, contract disputes, and more. Helen's resume includes: Adjunct Professor of Family Law at John F. Kennedy University in Pleasant Hill, California; previously served as President of the Contra Costa Bar Association; Member of the California Bar Association Family Law Section; and served as a Judge Pro-Tem in Contra Costa County for fifteen years.
Eve Robinson joined Reep and Mitchell in 2017, as a new member of the California State Bar, as well as a member of the Solano County Bar Association. Eve's main area of practice is estate planning: Wills, Trusts, and Trust Administration. Eve graduated cum laude with a Juris Doctorate from Abraham Lincoln University School of Law in 2016.
